CREAMY CHEESE SPREAD | |
2 (4oz) pkgs. feta cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint 1 tbsp. lemon juice (or to taste) salt and pepper Mint sprig for garnish (optional) In food processor or blender, process feta cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until almost smooth; stir in mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper, to taste.
