SALMON LOAF (COCKTAIL) 
1 lb. can salmon (red), remove bones & skin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Combine salmon with above 6 ingredients. Chill several hours. Shape into log. Roll in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons fresh snipped parsley. Serve with crackers.
