BUTTER-CREME FILLING 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg white, slowly adding sugar. Cream together butter with shortening. Add vanilla. Beat into the mixture with warm milk. Slide onto first cake layer. Top with second. Refrigerate frosted cake. This recipe came from a professional bakery.
