LEMON SPECIAL CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat 4 minutes with electric mixer. Pour batter into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until done. Remove pan from oven. Prick cake with fork, making holes to the bottom of cake.

Then drizzle the following mixture over cake:

1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Juice and grated rind of one lemon

This mixture should be fluid enough to pour over the surface of the cake. If needed, a little real lemon may be added. Return cake to oven for 5 to 10 minutes until it bubbles on top.
