OVEN BAKED STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 can creamy onion soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 to 3 tbsp. sour cream

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Combine soups and water. Place meat and soups into casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Stir in sour cream; serve over noodles or rice.
