CHICKEN STEW 
2-3 lb. chicken pieces
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. butter (or oil)
1/2 c. water
1 c. onion, sliced
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. milk

Season chicken and brown. Add water, onion, seasoning, cream chicken, milk and vegetables. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix Bisquick mix and milk. Spoon over stew. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Cook covered 10 minutes.
