PINEAPPLE LIME VELVET SALAD 
1 sm. box lime Jello
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
Few red cherries
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipped cream

Combine Jello and hot water. Dissolve cream cheese in hot mixture and beat with rotary egg beater. Add pineapple and cut up cherries, then whipped cream. Mix well. Refrigerate to set. 8-10 servings.
