8 MILKY WAY® bars
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Melt MILKY WAY® bars and 1 stick of butter; set aside. Cream sugar and 1 stick of butter. Add eggs. Add alternately flour, soda with buttermilk. Add melted candy and butter mixture. Add pecans. Bake 9 x 13 inch pan in 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.

MILKY WAY® CAKE ICING:

2 1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. marshmallow cream
1 stick butter
1 c. evaporated milk

Cook to soft ball stage. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and butter. Stir until all are melted.
