CHICKEN ON SUNDAY 
1 box Minute Rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup, dry
1 frying chicken, cut into pieces or 6 chicken breasts

Grease large baking pan (9 x 13) or individual small casseroles and sprinkle 1 box Minute Rice over bottom. Heat soups and milk, stirring until well blended, then pour over rice. Lay chicken pieces on top and sprinkle dry onion soup over it. Seal with foil. Bake 325 degrees for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
