2 c. brown sugar
1 c. water
1 c. cream
1 c. white sugar
3 c. pecans

Combine sugar, cream, and water in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage (238). Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Add nuts and drop by teaspoon on a buttered plate.
