BARBECUED BRISKET 
3 1/2 - 4 lb. boneless brisket
Garlic salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
2 ribs celery
1 onion, quartered

Garlic salt and pepper the brisket. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour the mixture over the brisket. Place the pieces of onion and celery around and on the brisket. Bake in a roasting pan, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour per pound.
