BARBECUE BRISKET 
1 beef brisket
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2-3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Wrap brisket in foil, season with lemon pepper and salt only. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.

Remove, drain fat, refrigerate until cold. Then slice and put in baking dish; mix sauce ingredients together and pour over brisket and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
