LUBECKER MARZIPAN 
1/2 lb. blanched almonds, finely ground
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix all ingredients together on a baking board. Knead dough until smooth. Sprinkle powdered sugar on baking board; roll out dough. Use cookie cutters to form different shapes. Dry in very low oven with door open or dry by air only.
