HONEY APPLE SOUP 
1 med. cooking apple
1/2 c. apple juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. plain yogurt

Peel, core and chop the apple. In a small saucepan, combine the apple, apple juice, and lemon juice; cover and cook and about 6 minutes or until apple is tender. Add honey. Puree apple mixture in blender container or food processor bowl. Chill well. To serve, top with yogurt. Makes 1 servings.
