1 box White or Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup Oil
2 tbsp. Water
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x13 greased cake pan.

Bake 350°F 20-25 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into bars.
