MAKE - AHEAD BREAKFAST | |
1 lb. sausage 2 slices bread, crumbled 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Crumble sausage in a medium skillet. Cook over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Spread bread crumbs in bottom of a buttered 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning. Beat well and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until set. |
