MAKE AHEAD BREAKFAST 
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
6 eggs
2 slices bread, broken (stale works fine)
1 1/2 c. milk

Pour in buttered 8x8 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 50 minutes. Double recipe for 9x13 inch pan.
