CHICKEN AND FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. white meat of chicken, cubed
1 orange, sectioned
1/2 c. grapes, halved and seeded
1/3 c. salted almonds, slivered
1 banana
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Place chicken and the rest of the ingredients in a chilled bowl. Stir as little as possible and serve at once. Delicious served on rings of fresh pineapple with plenty of watercress or Boston lettuce. Serves 6-8.
