MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) can thawed orange juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Mix first 3 ingredients; press into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Reserve some crumbs for garnish. Mix orange juice and milk well, then fold in Cool Whip and oranges. Do not beat. Pour into crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate until serving time.
