BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli according to directions for 5 minutes. Drain broccoli. Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, and soup. Fold in broccoli. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
