POTATO BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream

Partially thaw potatoes. Mix with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place in a greased 9"x13" pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover if it gets too brown. Serves 12. (It's good without topping also.)
