BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless are best)
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
1 heaping tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. each onion and garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Dip chicken breasts into melted butter. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder. Roll in bread crumb mixture.

Place in a greased baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until tender.
