2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
2 c. XX sugar
2 lg. Cool Whip
3 pkg. lemon or other flavor pudding
4 1/2 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for minute. Cream together next 2 ingredients and add 1 large Cool Whip. Pour over cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread 1 large Cool Whip over this and top with nuts. Refrigerate and cut into squares and serve.
