LEMON DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
2/3 c. walnuts, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 sm. pkgs. instant lemon pudding
4 c. milk

Step 1: Crust - Mix flour, butter, and nuts. Press in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2: Blend until smooth and spread on crust cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and Cool Whip.

Step 3: Whip until thick and spread on 2nd Layer - lemon pudding.

Step 4: Use 8 ounces Cool Whip or larger on top of lemon and sprinkle with nuts.
