TART LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. granulated sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first 3 ingredients and press into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine ingredients for filling and pour over crust. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cool and cut into squares.
