CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
4 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 sm. cauliflower, broken in sm. pieces
1 sm. broccoli, broken into sm. pieces
1 carrot, shredded
3 tbsp. celery, diced
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. evaporated milk

Boil 4 cups water. Add bouillon cubes. Add cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and celery to water. Simmer 20 minutes. In saute pan, melt butter. Add flour, salt and pepper. Boil 1 minute. Add to water, stirring until thickened. Add evaporated milk. Heat (not quite to boiling). Simmer and serve. 6 servings.
