BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pepper (opt.)
3 c. milk
1 pkg. thawed cauliflower
1 pkg. thawed broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender. Drain and set aside. Melt butter and add flour and salt. Add milk slowly, beating with a wire whip. When it thickens, add veggies, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Shut off heat, place cheese on soup mixture and cover. When cheese has melted, stir and serve.
