SCALLOPS AU VIN 
2 tbsp. butter
3 lg. cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. dry white wine
3/4 lb. lg. sea scallops
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix butter, garlic, onion, paprika and wine in glass bowl. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Cook scallops in glass casserole on high 4-5 minutes and drain. Put hot butter sauce over scallops and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serves 2.
