VIN POULET AUX CHAMPIGNONS EN
COCOTTE
 
3/4 c. rose wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar
4 boned chicken breasts
8 lg. mushrooms, sliced

Combine wine with soy sauce, oil, etc. Arrange chicken in baking dish, pour wine mixture on top. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until tender. Add mushrooms last 10 minutes.
