SEAFOOD BINGE 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 or 2 tbsp. curry (to taste)
1 lb. fresh shrimp (better than frozen)
1 can good crabmeat
1 pkg. frozen langostinos
1 pt. oysters
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream

Melt butter; add flour, curry, salt and pepper. Slowly add chicken broth and cream. Stir until thick. Add cooked and thawed seafood. Add pimento if desired. Keep hot in a casserole and serve with a nice pilaf.
