BING CHERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. canned Bing cherries, pitted & drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Chill until syrupy. Beat until fluffy. Fold in nuts, pineapple and cherries. Chill until firm.
