CHICKEN WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. (MJB) wild rice
2-3 c. cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to directions. Rice should be very moist. Mix soup and milk together. Layer in order of ingredients in 9x13 buttered dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
