CHILI 
1 lb. meat (ground beef, turkey or other)
1 (24 oz.) can of tomatoes
4-5 cans of assorted beans (pinto, chili, red, navy, etc.)
1 can green chili sauce (not salsa)
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste

Brown meat in frying pan. Place all ingredients in a crock pot except for one can of beans. Stir. Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours). When chili is half or more done add the last can of beans if there is room.
