1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover. Shake well. Chill. Shake well before pouring over meat for marinating. Marinate overnight.
