ITALIAN SAUSAGE SOUP | |
2 lbs. sausage (Italian mild) 3 med. green peppers (strips) 2 med. onions, chopped 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes 1 minced garlic 3 c. bow-ties pasta 6 c. water 3 chicken bouillon cubes Simmer sausage in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Remove and cut into bite-size pieces. Put peppers, and onions in water and simmer. Add meat, garlic, tomatoes, pasta, water, and bouillon. Simmer 25 minutes, covered. |
