OLD FASHION COCONUT PIE 
1 lg. coconut grated
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. glass coconut juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pie crusts, uncooked

Beat eggs and sugar together with spoon. Add coconut, stir in. Add coconut juice, vanilla and mix. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake until crust is brown and coconut is light brown and thick inside. Bake at 350.
