CRACKED CATHEDRAL GLASS 
Make the day before it is to be served. Make several flavors of Jello in separate pans, set aside. Dissolve one envelope plain gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water. Add 1 cup hot pineapple juice. Do not chill; just set aside to cool.

Whip 1 pint (2 c.) of whipping cream. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Then fold pineapple juice into mixture. Cut the various flavors of Jello into 1/2 inch squares. Fold into creamed mixture (gently). Chill 5 to 6 hours and cut into serving pieces.
