RIBS AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 slab of ribs

Slice ribs, season with salt and pepper, garlic powder, and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on both sides. Add rinsed and drained sauerkraut, and 1 cup water. Cook 1/2 to 1 hour.
