SAUERKRAUT AND RIB DINNER 
Ribs or back bones
Onions
Sauerkraut
Potatoes
Carro ts
Celery seed

Cook ribs or back bones with onions until done. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, cover with sauerkraut. Place potatoes and carrots around top. Sprinkle with celery seed and to moisten, put some meat juice on. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes and carrots are good and done.
