OATMEAL CHIPPERS 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. butter or more butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend at low speed about 1 minute. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and starting to pull away from edges of the pan.

Note: This recipe blends together better if butter is already soft. Also, not necessary but recommend adding chips or nuts last after blending other ingredients a little. This is probably the easiest chocolate chip cookie to make on the face of the earth.
