CHIPPER FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets (haddock or scrod tastes best)
1/2 c. Caesar salad dressing (creamy)
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Dip fish in salad dressing. Place in greased pan. Combine chips and cheese. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
