CHIPPER FISH FILLETS 
2 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/2 c. creamy Italian salad dressing
1 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Roll fish fillets in salad dressing. Place in baking dish in a single layer, skin side down. Combine potato chips and cheese and sprinkle on fish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Makes 4-6 servings.
