YOGURT WHIP 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello brand gelatin, strawberry or lemon flavor
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add yogurt and beat with rotary beater until mixture is light and fluffy. Pour into individual dishes. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with fruit, if desired. Makes 8 servings.

This worked very well. At first I was worried since when I mixed the jello and the yogurt it was frothy but not firm. after 2 hours it was exactly the consistency we wanted. I have done this with both Jello and plain gelatin and juice. Cran-raspberry whips are my current favorite.
