DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dill
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. warm milk

Combine yeast and milk in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients. Add flour last to make a stiff dough. Let rise. Punch down and let rise again. Put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with butter and salt.
