TURTLE CHEESECAKE 
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. melted butter
14 oz. bag caramels
5 oz. evaporated milk
1 c. toasted chopped pecans
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Crust: Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and butter. Press into 10 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cake: Melt caramels and combine with evaporated milk until smooth. Pour mixture on crust. Sprinkle pecans over caramel mixture. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time. Melt chocolate chips and add to cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
