BUBBLE BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
Grated peel of orange

Cut thawed bread into 16 balls. Place balls on cookie sheet that has flour on it. Let rise. Carefully roll balls in butter, then in bowl with coconut, sugar and orange rind. Place balls in bundt type pan. Angel food pan works too. Sprinkle any excess coconut and sugar over top.

Cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown. Quickly invert out of pan onto a dish and invert again to get the pretty top on top.

You can substitute lemon instead of orange. You can substitute cheese and garlic, or poppy seed.
