NEW ORLEANS TARTAR SAUCE 
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. each sweet pickle relish
1 onion, finely chopped
Parsley, minced
6 tbsp. Creole or brown mustard
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Mix well in bowl and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
