1 1/2 c. peeled cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 sm. to med. onion, thinly sliced
1 med. tomato, sliced thinly
Green pepper slices

Combine cucumbers and onions together. Salt well and let stand. Rinse before adding other ingredients and marinade. Toss to blend flavors and refrigerate.

MARINADE:

4 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt (omit if using garlic salt)
Pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or) 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Parsley flakes for color
