5 lbs. of potatoes, cooked & cut up
1 lb. of bacon, fried crisp, save fat
2 onions, chopped fine
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
8 radishes, chopped fine
1/2 carrot, grated
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients together. Mix in bacon fat a little at a time to taste.
