GARLIC GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 tsp. minced garlic
4 c. green beans, frozen or fresh
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. chicken bouillon or 1 cube bouillon
1/4 c. water

Heat oil in large saucepan. Add garlic and beans; stir-fry to sear. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender, 20 minutes for fresh, 8-10 minutes for frozen. Toss and serve. Serves 8.
